What is TVRA Golf?

TVRA Golf – A Social Golf Experience for All Skill Levels

TVRA Golf is a nine-hole, scramble-format event designed for golfers of all skill levels — singles and couples alike.  

For $20/person/season, this relaxed, non-competitive event provides an excellent opportunity to meet fellow Tellico Village residents while enjoying a casual afternoon of golf. There are no trophies or standings—just a fun and social experience on the course. 

The 2026 TVRA Golf Season includes 15 scheduled events held on two Wednesdays each month from April through October, with a bonus event on the third Wednesday of July. All events begin with a 4:00 PM shotgun start, and play rotates among the Tanasi, Toqua, and Kahite courses. Pairings are organized by Tellico Village Golf Operations.  The cost of play varies, depending on the individual player’s golf package and need for a cart, and is paid directly to the Pro Shop before each outing.   

To participate in TVRA Golf, individuals must be current members of the TVRA and TVRA Golf for the year of play. In addition, participants must register for each individual golf event through the TV Golf Chelsea portal.  

REMINDER: TVRA Golf events are available to register in Chelsea 14 days in advance of the specific event. Most events fill up quickly.

HOW TO JOIN TVRA GOLF

 
  • You must be a member of TVRA to play TVRA Golf, and you must also be a member of Tellico Life
  • TVRA Golf Membership is $20 / person / season, beginning in April and ending in October.
  • To join TVRA golf, please click here and select TVRA Golf
  • If you are wondering if you have already joined for this year, go to TellicoLife.org and log in.
    Click on My Profile (Located in the black box on the right and scroll the list under ABOUT ME to see if your membership status in TVRA Golf is current.)

CHELSEA

“Chelsea” is the official Tellico Village Property Owners Association Golf Reservation System and is the place where all tee times and event sign-ups occur.  Your POA membership number identifies you as a property owner and will be needed to sign up for all events.  If you have questions about registration, sign-ups, or are having problems with Chelsea, the staff at any of the Tellico Village Pro Shops will be able to help you.

To register, go to Chelsea Reservations by clicking here.

 To add an event request (sign up to play), go to Chelsea – Login (https://tellico.chelseareservations.com):

  1. Enter your POA membership number and password, click Login Golf
  2. On the Chelsea home page, click on the tab above that says Request and click the dropdown option Add Event Request.
  3. Scroll down the list of events until you find the TVRA Golf event on the date you want to play and click.
  4. Complete the form.
  5. To cancel your spot before the Monday preceding the event, log on to Chelsea and click on Delete an Event Request.
  6. If you need to cancel your entry within 2 days of an event, email jburgin@TVPOA.org to open the spot for the waitlist.
