AESTHETICS AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE

I was honored when Joe Bogardus telephoned to ask if I’d be interested in chairing the A&E committee. As president of the Tellico Village Naturalists Club, I’ve had a lifelong interest to protect our environment.
Seven years ago, the POA’s long-range planning advisory committee conducted a survey of all property owners and learned that preserving the natural beauty of Tellico Village ranked as the second biggest concern among villagers. The A&E committee was established to proactively work toward developing best practices among homeowners to maintain the aesthetics that naturally exist in Tellico Village.
TVRA is reviving that committee and has asked me to chair this project to address visual aesthetics, I am actively looking for people to join this committee. If you are a TVRA member and have any experience in any of these areas of concern please join me at my kickoff meeting on:
