TOAST – Tips on using new Point of Sale System

Food Services has transitioned to a new Point of Sale (POS) system called TOAST for all TVPOA restaurants – Kahite, Toqua, and the Yacht Club. Below are a few tips to help you get the most out of this new system.
Download the Local by TOAST app on your phone. 
With this app, you can:
- Place online orders
- Pay your bill from your mobile device
- View past receipts
- Track your loyalty points as they accumulate
- Store multiple credit cards in your profile
Important Tip for Your First Visit
The first time you use a credit card at one of our restaurants, please ask your server to enter it and attach it to your local loyalty number. This links your card to your account so that on future visits, you won’t need to provide your loyalty number—your card will automatically update your points and rewards. By the way, you can link multiple cards to one loyalty number.
Use It Beyond Tellico Village
TOAST is a widely used POS system at restaurants across the country. After you load the app, you’ll be able to see other participating restaurants and whether they offer Rewards programs as well.
