LIAISONS
TVRA is looking for volunteers to acts a liaisons to various POA sub-Committees and other organizations that affect the residents of Tellico Village. The purpose is to work with an assigned TVRA board member and determine what information, if any, should be shared with our membership or the POA Board. The job of liaison includes going to meetings (typically once a month), writing a report and writing articles for our newsletter, when appropriate. Optionally, you can attend the monthly TVRA Board meeting. Total time needed is 2-4 hours per month.

A&E VOLUNTEERS
Looking for volunteers to join the Aesthetics and Environment Committee. If you are a property owner in Tellico Village and a member of TVRA, we would like you to join our committee.
The committee meets monthly to discuss methods to encourage village homeowners to be better stewards of their yards by switching to sustainable practices that will maintain the natural beauty which attracted us all to live here. Specifically, we are looking for volunteers who are already working for the betterment of the Village such as Litter Angels, members of the Wild Bunch, the Chain Gang or any other group involved in improving our environment. (We’re not trying to double your workload but find ways that we could work together!)

EVENT COORDINATORS
Event Coordinators (ECs) are the backbone of our active adult organization! Without ECs, Tellico Village Residents Association (TVRA) would not have the 200 events per year that include cultural outings, sporting events, dining outs, educational presentations, concerts, theater events, nature hikes, water activities, etc. Organize one event or several, we are ALWAYS looking for volunteers to be ECs!
What you’ll Do:
- Attend a monthly EC meeting to discuss upcoming events and plan for future events
- Complete and forward a TVRA Event Proposal form to the Events VP for approval
- Create an event flyer or request that the TVRA graphic designer create one for you.
- Report on attendance and, if needed, forward any refund requests to refunds@tvresidents.org.

Tellico Life Volunteers

Tap into your creative side! We are always looking for folks to design flyers for our different events. You decide how many and/or how often you want to design a flyer.
